Community Consultation
Saturday 24th May 2025 in the Council Chamber at the Glastonbury Town Hall.
Sessions throughout the day
This is a day where the Town Council would like residents to tell us how they’re feeling about the possibility of Glastonbury becoming a World Heritage site.
An opportunity to discuss with Councillors, members of the World Heritage Working Group, and experts about the facts, the process, the time scale, the cost (and who would pay) – In addition, an opportunity for the council to listen to your thoughts and concerns.
During the day there will be five 45-minute sessions at 10.30am, 12.00pm, 1.30pm, 2.30pm and 3.30pm, to book your space for one of these sessions, please contact Sarah Marks via email at world.heritage@glastonbury.gov.uk or call 01458 831769.
Please note Glastonbury Council will NOT begin the process of obtaining World Heritage Status without the support of our community.
