Having lived in Glastonbury for 46 years, I have always been a volunteer for community projects. In the 1980’s I first helped with bringing the Assembly rooms into community ownership and. At the same time I helped start a food coop which later became the Bridies Yard Food Coop. In the late 1980’s I introduced people to Brides Mound which led to forming the Friends of Brides Mound in 1995, to protect it from industrial development.
I am a councillor because I was asked to help.
My main love is for the land and I will do all that I can to protect it from inappropriate development..
