This working group considers the process, partners, and content of a Town Management Plan. A Town Management Plan provides a positive and coordinated framework for shaping the future of the town, bringing together the priorities of the Council, local businesses, community organisations and residents. It helps ensure that investment, services, public spaces and community initiatives work together to create a thriving, welcoming and sustainable town, while providing a clear direction for partnership working and future opportunities.
Working Groups are informal meetings that cannot make decisions; these meetings only consider a topic before making a recommendation to Full Council.
