Glastonbury in Bloom is thrilled to share the fantastic results from this year’s competitions – it’s been a truly marvellous season for our town!
We are proud to announce that we have won Gold and claimed the Preece Cup, bringing home a trophy for our achievements. Our Glastonbury Murals also secured 3rd place in the Dennis James Trophy, highlighting the creativity and dedication of our community.
A special mention goes to St Benedict’s School, who were runners-up in the Clem Preece Cup for Schools – a wonderful achievement!
Our Businesses, In Your Neighbourhoods, and It’s Your School entries also made Glastonbury in Bloom extremely proud. The standard was exceptionally high, and every participant showcased the best of our community spirit.
Glastonbury in Bloom Residential Competition
We would like to extend a huge thank you to all the local residents, businesses, and community gardens who entered our competition. The high standard of entries made the judges’ task challenging – and we are grateful for their dedication. A special thank you to Ark and Collette, who have now passed on the judging baton to Bev and Gez, who are excited to take on the judging in 2026.
Looking ahead, next year’s theme will be “Kindness and Community”. There’s still more work to do, and we can’t wait to continue our success in 2026!
