Welcome to Glastonbury Town Council’s Frost Fayre page for 25th November 2023. (It is always the last Saturday in November).
The Glastonbury Frost Fayre is An Extravaganza of Seasonal Magnificence When Our Community comes together to Celebrate ‘Peace and Goodwill to All’ at this Festive Time of Year.
Stalls and Late night shopping. Starting from 10am officially opened by the Mayor at Mid-day at the Meladrome Stage (top of High Street) and finishing at 6pm.
What else you can find at the Frost Fayre include:
Father Christmas and his helpers
All day buskers, at the Busk Stop (outside St Johns Church) and live street entertainment
Live Performances from our 5 stages (Benedict Street, Magdalene Street, Northload Street, Archers Way and the Meladrome Stage at top of the High Street.
Official “lights on” for the Market Square Christmas Tree
Park n Ride from Herbies Field to the entrance of St Johns Car Park (8.30am – 6.30pm) Herbies Field car park closes at 7pm.
Fairground Rides for children
Children’s Worlds can be found in the Small Hall (in the Town Hall) – crafts, shows and story telling for our younger visitors
More stalls can be found at St Benedict Church, St Benedict School, Glastonbury Assembly Rooms, Avalon Club, United Reformed Church and St Johns Church.
Stallholder Application forms for Frost Fayre 2023
Applications for the Frost Fayre will be available from the 5th September 2023, these can be found on the Town Council website or to pick up a form from the Town Council reception within the Glastonbury Information Centre. Please note its one application per a business and ensure the correct application is selected. Outside (to have a stall within the Frost Fayre outside route) which will be High Street, Magdalene Street, Archers Way and Benedict Street. NO HIGH STREET PITCHES ARE GUARANTEED. We supply you an 3m x 3m pitch you will need to supply your gazebo etc. If you require an inside stall, this will be in the Main Hall within the Town Hall, you will be supplied a 6 x 2 table. Suitcase stalls are designed for the applicant to bring a small table only.
Prices for the pitches will be advised nearer the time.
