The Annual Meeting of the Council when a new Mayor & Deputy are selected and sworn in.
Full Council meetings are normally held on the second Tuesday of each month and their proceedings minuted by the Town Clerk. The minutes include reports to the Council from District Councillors, the County Councillor, the Police, Town Councillors (representing Town Council on outside bodies) and Chairpersons of Sub Committees. The minutes will be added to the website when approved by the Town Council and signed by the Mayor as a true record. The public can attend and if they wish to speak at the start of the meeting they should let the Town Clerk know in advance.
