Vacancy – Information Centre & Museum Manager

The Glastonbury Information Centre (GIC) is the go-to place for tourists and visitors
alike for information. This service has been successfully run since 2017 and came
under the direct management of the Town Council in February 2024.

The Glastonbury Tribunal is a 15th Century building in the heart of the High Street. The
historic building currently houses the Glastonbury Lake Village Museum Collection,
space for temporary exhibitions and events, retail space and a beautiful garden. The
Town Council took on the lease of this building in October 2023 to operate a
successful museum, retail, and events space.

If the opportunity to shape and lead two visitor attractions and create new links for the
benefit of visitors and residents alike in a town like no other interests you, then I look
forward to receiving your application for this exciting role.
