‘Stones For Avalon’ – Fundraiser – all proceeds going to The Mayor’s Charity ‘The Glastonbury People’s Trust’ – supporting families in financial hardship in Glastonbury.

DRESS CODE:

Wear a tall hat like a druid in the old days,
Wear a tall hat and a tattooed gown,
Ride a white swan like the people of the Beltane,
Wear your hair long, babe you can’t go wrong.
Catch a bright star and a place it on your forehead,
Say a few spells and baby, there you go,
Take a black cat and sit it on your shoulder,
And in the morning, you’ll know all you know.

THE PROGRAMME:

11 am Beltane Bazaar with Visionary Art by Rosie Mullin of Exeter and Vivienne of Lórien, some funky clothes, painted screens, tea from acorn cups & slices of blueberry pie, and Tyrannosaurus Rex…
1 pm Rarnian Rhymes in the Bardic Realm –with John Crow, Pok, and Michelle Diaz – the Chaired Bard of Ynys Witrin.
3 pm The Première of the award winning ‘Modern Day Warriors’ film by Anna Donfrancesco [suggested donation £5 for watching the movie].
7 pm The Concert…  in “a long passageway lit by chandelier”… Featuring: ‘A Bolan Boogie’ by the ‘Avalon Stoners’ (scratch band of Avalonian proportions), Bath’s very own Barton Street Ir-regulators ‘The Badon Bandits’, and the legendary ‘Funkadoomic Sarcophagus Band’.
