The Somerset Food Trail is happening between 15th – 24th July 2022. Participants will include a wide variety of people and organisations involved in local food – everything from vegetable growers, cider makers and dairy farmers to cheesemakers, vineyards, artisan bakers, restaurants, pubs and independent retailers.
Glastonbury Food Celebration – on Sunday 17th July 2022, Glastonbury Town Council will be hosting our own Event in the Town Hall. This will be in the form of an exhibition, and a series of talks on local sustainable food.
We are inviting local people to get involved:
- food producers/suppliers or projects who may wish to promote their work (free of charge). This might be a poster, leaflets, or a stall with produce / demonstrations.
- anyone who may be interested in helping us with a seed / plant swap stall
- musicians to perform during the day, in the background
- ideas no matter how small
