Public Consultation – St Dunstan’s House Community and Well-Being Hub

4pm-7pm Fri 1st Oct 10am–12 noon Sat 2nd Oct

Among the twelve projects submitted to the next stage of applying for funds from the Town Deal Initiative is the idea of creating a community hub and well-being centre in St Dunstan’s House. The previous consultation identified the need to have one location for visitor and resident’s information, which resulted in the award winning Glastonbury Information Centre.

Now we need your thoughts and ideas on what we incorporate into the remainder of the building. Perhaps joining the town hall with St Dunstan’s House with an atrium could open up the opportunities to deliver yet more activities. Could we provide post-operative support for people to save them travelling to either Taunton or Yeovil? Could we have support groups for home education, carers, dementia alliance? Is there more we could be doing to support music and art?

Drop in, take a look, share your thoughts and importantly, become part of this exciting opportunity

Now it’s your opportunity to share your ideas and have a chance to visit the building!
