Devon & Somerset Fire Service have asked that people do not have bonfires this weekend. They say:
We’ve attended a number of incidents involving bonfires in the last two weeks. Help protect our emergency services and don’t have a bonfire this weekend.
Also many households, and the more vulnerable members of our community, are self-isolating and want to get fresh air into their homes. Let’s be good neighbours, and help our friends in the Fire Service.
